Boosting the TEAM

Branding on October 18, 2016

Alexsys TEAM software has been helping teams collaborate and manage tasks for many years. Having launched a cloud-based offering and preparing for a major upgrade, Alexsys wanted to update their brand.

Employing some of the color and figure elements from the original branding, we created a modern brand for Alexsys TEAM, along with development of a responsive WordPress website.

The Institute for Education and Professional Development, Inc. (IEPD) offers a variety of courses on topics related to early childhood education, and as such, needed a portal from which to add their continually-changing schedule of events.

To meet these needs, we created a custom responsive WordPress website (including blog) and provided training to IEPD personnel so they could maintain the site themselves.

We created the current brand identity for the Longsjo Classic, a 3-day, 55-year old professional cycling race held in Central Massachusetts, and have now expanded it across all marketing media, including the race's web presence.

The redesign and launch of longsjo.com reflects the race's success and positions it for continued growth in racer registrations, sponsorship and spectators.

The site is fully-responsive, providing users on any device with an optimum experience.

Smooth landing

Design, Web on October 18, 2016

Web optimization experts SiteSpect smartly used content marketing by publishing a guide, "The Sherlock Holmes Approach to Optimization Greatness," but they needed to get the word out to their current and potential customers.

Working closely with SiteSpect's marketing team, OAD created a responsive HTML email and landing page to do just that. Since both were responsive, demand generation was maximized, since these leads could easily interact with either, whether they were using their cellphones, laptop or desktop computer.

The power of color

When BIS2 decided that their company name didn't adequately convey what their products do for their clients, VizExplorer was born.

Olson Advertising & Design was called upon to create a new brand mark and assets, including a responsive WordPress website.

Working with Samantha Stone (of The Marketing Advisory Network), who provided content, Olson Advertising & Design created new visual assets and a fresh, new brand that positioned VizExplorer to take off in the marketplace.

This wide-reaching project included creation of the brand mark, product logos and icons, color palette, selection of brand fonts, creation of a brand guide that detailed usage rules and brand standards, as well as product sheets, case studies and whitepapers.
